Four months after starting in Fremont, Community Rehab began to offer services to the Omaha area with the opening of a LaVista clinic in May of 1998. The clinic relocated to its' current site in June of 2002 which it is still in the Baker's Square Plaza but just north of Office Depot on Northwest corner of 84th and Giles.

Gina Vanderheiden is a native of Columbus, NE. She studied pre-physical therapy and athletic training curriculum at University of NE at Kearney in Kearney, NE. Gina earned her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. Gina joined Community Rehab in September of 2003. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a current member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Training Association. Gina is certified in Sportsmetrics and she has taken courses to further her education in manual therapy for the neck and back. Gina is currently active in Omaha Sports Medicine Alliance (OSMA), which is a group of healthcare providers who want to share their ideas in order to improve the continuity of patient care in Omaha and the surrounding areas. Gina and her husband Mark have a son, Cole, and a daughter, Brynn. They live in Papillion, NE.

Noah is from Omaha, NE and received his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Clarkson College in 2012. Noah has clinical experience in aquatics, neurological disorders, positional dizziness (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, BPPV), and outpatient orthopedics including athletes. Noah enjoys playing basketball, swimming and spending time with his wife and two young boys. He joined Community Rehab after graduating from Clarkson College in December 2012.
