Community Rehab's first clinic opened in Fremont in 1998. The clinic relocated to its' current site in May of 2003.

 

 

Mary Theiler, MPT
Mary’s hometown is Wood River, NE. After completing undergraduate studies at Doane College, she went on to graduate with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1993. Mary, along with Phil Davidson, co-founded Community Rehab Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, in 1998. Mary’s practice is based out of the Fremont clinic. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Orthopedic rehabilitation has been the focus of her continuing education, with particular emphasis in shoulder, knee and lumbar injuries. Mary is also certified to fit orthotics through Sole Support, Inc. She enjoys working with a variety of patients, from the younger developing adolescent to the active elderly adult.

Mary and her husband Frank live in Arlington and have three children, Catie, Andy, and Sarah.

 
     

Jamie Crowe, DPT, ATC

Jamie is orginally from Gretna, NE and a 1998 graduate of Gretna High School. She received her Athletic Training education and degree in Biology/Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University in 2002. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2006.

Jamie started working with Community Rehab in 2003, as a Certified Athletic Trainer, helping to provide athletic training services to Arlington High School. As of May 2006, she joined as a fulltime Physical Therapist.

Jamie is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and National Athletic Trainer's Association, both state and national chapters.

Jamie and her husband Adam have a beautiful Beagle, Bailey.

 
     

Chris L. Petersen, DPT
Chris is originally from Omaha, NE graduating from Mount Michael Benedictine High School in 2001. He is a recent graduate of Creighton University earning a doctorate of physical therapy in May 2007. Chris joined Community Rehab in July 2007, serving the Fremont clinic.

In addition, Chris volunteers his time providing sports coverage for Mount Michael High School in Elkhorn Nebraska. Chris is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with an emphasis in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Janie and his friends, and watching Nebraska Football.

 
     
Lindsay Stecher, Tech/Fitness Specialist
Lindsay originally comes from York, NE. She is a graduate of Midland College in Fremont, NE where she received her Bachelors Degree in Fitness and Sports Management. During her studies at Midland, Lindsay played intercollegiate basketball. She is a certified personal trainer and has experience of working with individuals of all fitness levels.
 
     
Cindy Grefe, Office Manager
A long-time resident of Arlington, Cindy is the Fremont clinic’s office manager. Having 10 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, Cindy joined Community Rehab in August, 2001. She is married to Rod and has 2 children, Nicki and Kelly, and two grandchildren, Cody and Cheyenne.
